Semi automatic welding tool, that allows to weld tanks good, having well finished seams both longitudinal and diametric of cylindrical tanks with different thickness, diameters and lengths

The operator fold the steel sheet and makes one ferrule on which he must weld some points.
The system will weld in automatic the longitudinal seams that closes each ferrule as well as the perimeter welding that links ferrules between them.
The final result is that customer gets a tank with cleaner, more regular due to the servocontrolled drive both in turn as in the lineas progress of the welding torch

During all the process an hydraulic system with regulation press on the welding area with a set of rollers

The tooling allows automatic work of the system that means that the operator is released and saves a lot of time, this machine reduces the time for manufacturing one tank and also reduces the staff that is needed.
It’s easy!, less time with less people much more productivity!
Even own welding parameters as other parameters such as drive speed, turn speed, are fully and easily set on the screen of the system.
